Come back to your center.
Ground many times a day
Intense energies are present.

Spinning tops create more chaos
Ground down to and from your center
To the Crystal Core of Mother Gaia
Stabilize in your heart space.

Know Mother loves you unconditionally
Cherishes your precious individuality.
You can and are passing through
This time of intense transition
For the earth is passing through the eye of the needle
